History

History is a single, searchable log of every event across all your clients — every check-in and every top-up, in one place.

Finding an event

• Search by client name to narrow the list.
• Period filters let you jump to this month, last month, any of the past 12 months individually, or view all time.

Events are grouped by day, with relative headers ("Today", "Yesterday") for recent activity and full dates further back. Each row shows a colored dot (check-in vs. top-up), the client's name — tap it to jump straight to their Client Page — and a short label describing what happened.

Private notes

If you attached a private note when adding sessions, a small chevron on that row expands it inline. Notes are visible only to you and never appear on the client's public view.
